Personalized Guidance. Strategic Access. Wealth-Building Decisions.
The College Concierge Command Center is the heart of HBCU West’s education access model—designed to provide high-touch, culturally informed support for students navigating the complex journey to higher education. We offer more than college advising—we offer a concierge-level experience that prioritizes long-term outcomes, not just admissions.
Our team works one-on-one with students to:
Whether a student is applying to an HBCU, Stanford, or entering the workforce through military or trade pathways, the Concierge Command Center ensures they have the strategy, support, and confidence to make powerful choices—and build a future grounded in wealth, leadership, and opportunity.
This isn’t guidance counseling. It’s future-planning.
The White Coat Fellowship is a flagship initiative of HBCU West designed to spark early interest in high-growth health careers among 12th-grade students and Transitional Age Youth (TAY) ages 16–24. Through immersive, hands-on experiences, students gain access to real-world mentorship, clinical exposure, and a transformative look into the fields of medicine, dentistry, nursing, public health, and biomedical sciences.
We believe education restores dignity, and that future doctors, researchers, and healers deserve the opportunity to see themselves in white coats before they earn them.
Mentorship Over a Meal. Vision With a Slice.
Pizza & Portfolios is HBCU West’s signature mentorship series that brings students and professionals together in an intimate, culturally relevant setting to talk money, mindset, and mobility. Over curated dinners and community conversations, students build the social capital, confidence, and clarity they need to navigate their future—and build it with intention.
Each event includes:
More than a dinner—it’s a launchpad.
By making mentorship feel natural, aspirational, and accessible, Pizza & Portfolios helps students expand their network, articulate their goals, and take the next step with purpose.
The vibe is relaxed. The outcome is powerful.
The Hard Hat Fellowship is a bold initiative from HBCU West designed to introduce high school seniors and Transitional Age Youth (TAY, ages 16–24) to the world of real estate development, urban planning, construction, and green infrastructure. From blueprints to buildings, fellows explore how cities are designed—and how they can be reimagined through equity and ownership.
We’re not just inspiring the next generation of planners and developers—we’re preparing change makers to own, design, and lead the future of our communities.
Discipline. Ownership. Legacy.
ROTC x Real Estate is a dual-pathway program that connects students interested in military leadership with long-term strategies for property ownership and generational wealth. Through this track, students explore how service careers can be leveraged not just for stability—but for strategic investment in real estate and community development.
This track offers:
ROTC x Real Estate reframes service not just as a career option, but as a powerful wealth-building vehicle for students who value structure, leadership, and legacy.
We train leaders to serve—and to own.
